At IZHOI, shop with confidence through our clear and transparent return policy — designed to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free.
Here’s everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds.


For Gold-Plated, Demifine, and Lab-Grown Diamond (LGD) Jewelry:

You can raise a return request within 2 days of receiving your order.
We believe in fair policies that prioritize our customers’ trust.

  • Products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 or related offers will be eligible for a refund as store credit to your IZHOI Wallet.

  • Items sold at a strike-through or discounted price (without applying a coupon) are also eligible for return.


Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please note:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags intact.

  • A complete unboxing video is required to process claims for missing or damaged items.

    Please record the package being opened from the sealed state — this helps us verify and resolve your claim quickly.


How to Initiate a Return Request

  1. Go to the Return/Exchange section on our website menu, or click this link:

  2. Enter your IZHOI Order ID and Contact Number
    (Ensure your Order ID is entered correctly, e.g., #IZH1234)

  3. Select the items you wish to return.

  4. Fill out the required details:

    • Select a reason for return

    • Upload minimum two images

    • Enter your pickup address and preferred pickup date

    • Choose your refund method

  5. Review all details and confirm your return request.


Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days as per RBI guidelines, after the returned item is picked up and verified by our team.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded directly to the original payment method

  • COD Orders: Refunded to the UPI ID or bank account provided by you during the return request


For Lab-Grown Diamond (LGD) Orders

  • LGD jewelry can only be exchanged for another LGD product.

  • If you choose to exchange an LGD item for a Demifine product, the total value of the selected Demifine products must be equal to or greater than your LGD item’s value.

  • If the value is lower, the balance amount will be issued as store credit, redeemable at checkout.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless received in a visibly damaged or broken condition:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry

  • Final sale, clearance, or goodbye sale items (as mentioned on product page)


Exchange Policy — Within 10 Days

We want your IZHOI jewelry to fit and feel perfect. You can initiate an exchange within 10 days of delivery for eligible reasons listed below:

Issue Faced Exchange Process
Damaged Item Exchange with the same item
Wrong Item Received Exchange with the same item
Size Issue Exchange with the same variant (different size)

If the exact item is unavailable, our support team will help you choose the closest variant or process a refund.

  2. Enter your IZHOI Order ID and Contact Number (e.g., #IZH1234)

  3. Select the item(s) you wish to exchange.

  4. Provide the required information:

    • Select a reason for exchange

    • Upload at least two product images

    • Enter your pickup address and preferred date

    • Specify if you want an exchange for the same item or a different size/color

  5. Review all details and confirm your exchange request.
